Bernie-spastic fires fifty rounds at Republican sitting ducks….

Bernie-spastic, James Hodgkinson, off the mark.

He had an automatic weapon, highest ranking Republicans outside of the White house rounded up, sitting ducks on a baseball diamond. Fired fifty rounds and didn’t kill anybody.

New York Magazine, “Gunman Targets Congressional Baseball Practice, Shoots GOP Whip”, 14 June 2017:

A gunman opened fire on a field in Alexandria, Virginia, where Republican members of Congress and staffers were practicing for their annual baseball game Wednesday morning. House GOP Whip Steve Scalise was shot, and one of a total of five people taken to the hospital after the shooting, Alexandria police confirmed. The lone gunman was reportedly shot by police, and died in custody from his injuries, President Trump said during a Wednesday-morning statement.

One current Hill staffer, a lobbyist, and two Capitol police officers were among the others injured. Earlier reports that suggested Texas representative Roger Williams had been shot were false, though his office confirmed that one of his staffers, Zach Barth, was among the injured. Barth later posted, via friends on Facebook, that he was okay. Another victim, Matt Mika, a former Hill staffer and now director of government relations for Tyson Foods, reportedly suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The injured Capitol police officers were named by Speaker of the House Paul Ryan as Special Agent David Bailey and Special Agent Crystal Greiner. Both were wounded in a firefight with the suspect. Scalise, the only congressperson injured of the nearly two dozen on the field, is in serious but stable condition. He underwent surgery Wednesday morning.

Law enforcement officials have now identified the gunman as 66-year-old James T. Hodgkinson of Belleville, Illinois. Witnesses described him as a middle-aged white man; he was armed with a pistol and an M4 automatic weapon.

Initial reports indicate that Hodgkinson, who owned a home-inspection business, was an outspoken Bernie Sanders supporter. The Washington Post spoke to an acquaintance who met Hodgkinson on the campaign trail. “You’ve got to be kidding me,” Charles Orear told the Post. “I met him on the Bernie trail in Iowa, worked with him in the Quad Cities area.” Hodgkinson also reportedly posted anti-Trump sentiments on his Facebook page. (For more on the shooter, read Daily Intelligencer’s explainer here.) Senator Bernie Sanders condemned the shooting in a statement, which he read on the Senate floor.

LONDON’S BURNING: TOWERING INFERNO EXPECTED TO COLLAPSE

Posted by DanielS on Wednesday, 14 June 2017 03:51.

Alt-Right, “LONDON’S BURNING: TOWERING INFERNO EXPECTED TO COLLAPSE”, 13 June 2017:

A 24-storey residential tower block in West London is ablaze in scenes reminiscent of the 9-11 “terrorist attack” in New York, with the building, gutted by fire, expected to collapse.

The fire broke out just after 1am on Wednesday, with many residents in their beds. Some people appear to be trapped and have been attempting to signal the 200 firefighters and rescue workers attending the blaze with torches and lights from their smartphones.

The building in question is Grenfell Tower on the Lancaster West Estate. It was built in the 1970s and in recent years has been going through rather chaotic renovation.

In December 2015 the Grenfell Action group reported a number of serious problems caused by renovation work:

- There were big queues for lifts on each floor because the workers were using both of them.

- The condition of the lifts at the start of the day were unacceptable; they were in the state that would be expected by the end of the day.

- Cllr Atkinson stated that he had seen sad notes on front doors asking Rydon workers at least to knock before entering flats.

In 2016 the same group reported a major fire hazard in the building:

“In recent weeks TMO staff allowed a quantity of household ‘bulk’ rubbish to accumulate, including old mattresses, in the temporary entrance foyer of the tower. This accumulation constituted a potential fire risk and a danger to residents. The TMO area manager and her staff were slow to react and no-one had been bothered to organise the clearence of this rubbish.”

It is not yet known if the fire is connected to problems with renovation, or if there is another cause. At present it appears to be linked to the extreme overcrowding in London, combined with neglect by the local Conservative-run council. But, this being London, terrorism must also be considered as a possible cause.

Merkel at Libertad Temple Argentina: “anti-Semitism must be fought ‘wherever it appears”

Posted by DanielS on Tuesday, 13 June 2017 08:03.

“It’s often been said that if you want to understand the Jewish spirit, look to Israel. But it seems to me, that if you want to understand the history of global Jewish migration, and the heart that drives it, it’s Argentina that holds those secrets.

Just off one of Buenos Aires busier streets, flanked by shaded trees and a carefully obscured Jewish museum stands the city’s first synagogue. Its tall stone walls and impressive front speak of auspicious years when immigrants from all over the world flooded into Argentina’s burgeoning streets.” multiculturaljewblogspot

JTA, “Angela Merkel at Argentine synagogue urges fight against anti-Semitism”, 12 June 2017:

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (JTA) — German Chancellor Angela Merkel, speaking at a synagogue in Argentina, said anti-Semitism must be fought “wherever it appears.”

She also praised Argentina for receiving Germans who escaped from the Nazis during World War II.

In the first hours of her one-day official visit to the South American country, Merkel on Thursday visited the oldest congregation in Argentina, the synagogue of the Israeli Congregation of the Argentine Republic, better known as Libertad Temple, in Buenos Aires.

“This synagogue is a symbol of the great Jewish community of Argentina, where many Germans came escaping from the Nazis,” she said. “There was a bridge between Argentina and Germany, and I want to thank you for having welcomed many Germans here in your country.”

Merkel recalled the 1992 attack on the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, which left 29 people dead, and the 1994 AMIA Jewish center bombing that killed 85, as “living and painful” examples of anti-Semitism.

“We must fight anti-Semitism where it is present, and fight for democracy and the rule of law throughout the world,” said Merkel, who also noted that Germany’s past is a reminder of the need to fight against anti-Semitism and for freedom and democracy.

Merkel re-inaugurated the recently restored Walcker pipe organ, built in Germany in 1931 specifically for the synagogue. Germany contributed some $33,000 to the restoration.

The executive director of the DAIA Jewish political umbrella in Argentina, Victor Garelik, played a liturgical piece on the organ for the Argentine and German delegations.

Merkel entered the synagogue with Buenos Aires Mayor Horacio Rodriguez Larreta and the synagogue’s spiritual leader, Rabbi Simon Moguilevsky, as well as German officials and businessmen who participated in the visit to Argentina. Representatives of the country’s main Jewish institutions and the Israeli ambassador, Ilan Sztulman, also participated in the ceremony.

The temple, home to the Byzantine-style Jewish History Museum, was declared a National Historical Monument by the Argentina government in 2000.

Czech Republic Joins Poland, Hungary and Slovakia in Refusing EU-Imposed Migrants

Gateway Pundit, “Czech Republic Joins Poland, Hungary and Slovakia in Refusing EU-Imposed Migrants”, 10 June 2017:

The Czech Republic has joined its Central European neighbors in officially announcing a withdrawal from the European Union’s 2015 migrant resettlement program.

After much criticism of the scheme, which seeks to resettle an initial 160,000 migrants from Italy and Greece across EU member states, the Czechs have finally withdrawn citing concerns over security and the ‘’dysfunctionality’’ of what has been criticized as a shambolic program.

Prague had accepted only 12 of the 1,600 migrants required by Brussels before leaving the program, which imposes quotas on all 28 member states under threat of sanction.

The resettlement scheme was the EU’s initial response to the near Biblical wave of migrants which arrived in autumn 2015 following Angela Merkel’s decision to open Germany’s borders.

In April, Czech Interior Minister, Milan Chovanec, had stated that his government would have to decide whether resistance to the EU’s quotas was worth the massive fines such a refusal would incur. On Monday, Chovanec announced their decision, a definitive withdrawal based on concerns over terrorism and the vetting of migrants, mainly Muslims from the Middle East.

The decision was supported by a majority of parties across the political spectrum, with even left-wing parties, including the Communist Party, welcoming the announcement.

American Democracy Is Slumbering In The Land Of Nod

American Democracy Is Slumbering In The Land Of Nod

By William Hannah, 9 June 2017:

“Well, there was an initial briefing of our findings. And I think there was conversation there I don’t remember exactly where he asked what I found and what our sources were and what our confidence level was. The reason this is such a big deal. We have this big messy wonderful country where we fight with each other all the time. But nobody tells us what to think, what to fight about, what to vote for except other Americans. And that’s wonderful and often painful. But we’re talking about a foreign government that using technical intrusion, lots of other methods tried to shape the way we think, we vote, we act. That is a big deal. And people need to recognise it. It’s not about Republicans or Democrats. They’re coming after America, which I hope we all love equally. They want to undermine our credibility in the face the world. They think that this great experiment of ours is a threat to them. So they’re going to try to run it down and dirty it up as much as possible. That’s what this is about and they will be back. Because we remain — as difficult as we can be with each other, we remain that shining city on the hill. And they don’t like it.”

- From former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee on June 8.

Unlike the U.S. President who fired him, James Comey — in his testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee — was articulate and came across as being professional and inherently honest. But while the excerpt quoted above is without question patriotic, it nonetheless exposed the unconscious naivety that blights America and its people. To suggest that Americans “remain that shining city on the hill,” is to say the least, totally divorced from the reality that America’s decline is being accelerated under the leadership of the bombastic apparently deranged President Donald Trump. Iindependent.co.uk - Donald Trump, US power to collapse predicted.

A further example of America’s refusal to wake up to reality of its so-called democracy was confirmed by Mr. Comey’s assertion — “we’re talking about a foreign government that using technical intrusion, lots of other methods tried to shape the way we think, we vote, we act” — which while being intended as a reference to Russia, was actually far more applicable to Israel and its U.S.-based pro-Israel lobby groups led by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). (http://mondoweiss.net/2012/02/ten-reasons-why-the-israel-lobby-aipac-is-so-dangerous/)

Mr. Comey’s testimony also happened to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Israel’s land grabbing Six Day War and the attack by unmarked Israeli Air Force jet fighter aircraft and Israeli Navy motor torpedo boats on the USS Liberty — a naval technical research ship in international waters north of the Sinai Peninsula — which severely damaged the ship, killed 34 crew members. and injured a further 171. Israel’s intention was to blame the Egyptians for the attack so as to bring the U.S. into the war on Israel’s side.

Israel’s explanation that the vessel was thought to have been Egyptian was subsequently repeatedly contradicted by the ship’s American officers who were certain that Israel’s intention was to sink them; by an Israeli lead pilot who claimed to have immediately recognised the ship as American, to have informed his headquarters but was told to ignore the American flag and continue the attack, to have refused to do so and on returning to base was arrested; by the then U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon who confirmed that the Embassy’s radio monitoring had heard that pilot’s protestations; by a dual-citizen Israeli major who was in the war room and asserted that there had been no doubt whatsoever that the USS Liberty was American; by a former Navy attorney involved in the military investigation of the attack who claimed that the enquiry had been instructed by President Johnson and Secretary of Defence Robert McNamara to “conclude that the attack was a case of ‘mistaken identity’ despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary”; and by a former Chiefs of Staff chairman who after spending a year investigating the incident concluded that it was “one of the classic all-American cover-ups . . . Why would our government put Israel’s interests ahead of our own?”  (https://israelpalestinenews.org/tag/uss-liberty/)

There can be no doubt that Israel’s total AIPAC control of the White House and the bicameral U.S. Congress has been directly responsible for the progressive subversion of American democracy and the decline of America’s global role. To make matters even worse for the American people, the subversion of their democracy and the decline of their global role is now being accelerated by the presence of a certifiable lunatic in the White House.

Blacks celebrate White genocide: Negress elected to Enoch Powell’s old seat

Posted by DanielS on Sunday, 11 June 2017 06:21.

Symbolically enough, assumes Enoch Powell’s Wolverhampton seat.

Diversity Macht Frei, “Blacks celebrate white genocide: Negress elected to Enoch Powell’s old seat.”

10 June 2017:

LONGSTANDING LABOUR activist Eleanor Smith has made history by becoming the West Midlands’ first African Caribbean MP – but she’s also won a seat which is of enormous historic importance to the black community.

The swing seat of Wolverhampton South West was once the constituency of controversial Tory MP Enoch Powell, the politician behind the notorious Rivers of Blood speech which he gave 49 years ago warning of the consequences of unchecked immigration.

Smith, a hospital theatre nurse, who became the first-ever black woman president of Unison in 2011/2012 took the marginal seat by storm, scooping 49 per cent of the vote and beating Tory hopeful Paul Uppal by more than 2,000 votes.

In victory, after just two hours’ sleep, she was quick to pay tribute to the local people who voted for her, saying: “Our team was built from the community and the trade union movement – Unison – helped me greatly. The trade union movement put me where I am today, along with the community who came out and helped me win this seat.

“Through The Voice I’d like to personally thank everyone who voted for me in what turned out to be the highest ever turnout of 71 percent. We did it together as a community from the grassroots upwards and I certainly won’t let you down.

“We have a wonderfully diverse community here in Wolverhampton, which is a microcosm of the UK and rich in so many different faith groups.

“As a health professional, I am standing up to defend the NHS. From my own experience of being a nurse on the the front line – I was working until only recently doing 12-hour shifts – we can see what’s happening and we don’t like it. I have got to defend this.”

Her other pledge is to move from her home in Northfield, Birmingham, near to where she worked at Birmingham’s Women’s Hospital, to live in the constituency she will serve.

She told The Voice: “You cannot support your constituency if you don’t know what is going on there. I intend to have my finger on the pulse in my own patch.”

Smith also pledged to tackle homelessness in Wolverhampton and youth unemployment which currently stands at 27%.

On the issue of taking over Enoch Powell’s old seat, she told The Voice: “I feel it closes that chapter now for good.”

They ‘gave you’ Brexit then dissolved into Labour to take away May’s power to do anything about it.

Backed by “Indian givers”, playing both sides and shifting the focus..

One take on the British election results -

UKIP / the banker class…

“Gave you Brexit” then dissolved themselves into Labour to take away Theresa May’s power to do anything about it..

..the objectivists told you that their invisible hand would work with you, naturally, to take care of Merkel’s migration assault on native Europeans… then their invisible hand played the other side of populism to leverage withdrawal of motions to exit from the common EU economic market - and with it, to withdraw an effective Brexit - by having voters distracted with a focus on Labour as the “savior of social services”...as if Theresa May was going to take that away.

..it seems that similar as with Trump and the Republicans in the US, that elite cadres are infusing whichever moribund party with angles of populist narratives that they can play in order to manipulate the electorate.
